1.From the perspective of height: the lower the factory height, the more suitable it is for the four-way intensive warehouse solution because of the high space utilization rate. In theory, we do not recommend designing a four-way intensive warehouse for the factory higher than 24 meters, mainly because after-sales service is very difficult. If this problem can be solved in the future, the same height as the stacker can be achieved.
2.From the ground conditions: the four-way intensive warehouse allows a deviation of ±10mm in ground levelness. If it exceeds this, it must be leveled manually. The requirement for ground settlement is to try not to exceed 10cm, especially in the coastal area. We usually use adjustable feet to adjust the settlement of part ground. The design usually does not exceed 10cm. The larger the force, the worse it is.
3.From the perspective of light influence: some factories are hollowed out in the middle of the top, allowing sunlight to shine in directly; some have LED lights installed on the top. These will affect the normal operation of the four-way shuttle, and protective measures are needed for normal operation.

4.From the perspective of warehouse environment: it is not recommended to work in a warehouse with extremely high dust, a temperature below -30°C, a temperature above 60°C, a humidity above 90%RH , or fog in the air.

5. From the perspective of the factory structure characteristics: the more pillars a factory has, the more flexible the design of the four-way shuttle is. Even if the warehouse storage area is of a special shape, multiple areas can be connected. The heights of the warehouse can be different. For example, if there is a flue in some parts or a gable roof in the middle, it can also be handled flexibly.

6. From the perspective of fire protection requirements: Fire hydrants placed against the wall or by the side will not affect the warehouse design. Fire hydrants placed on the pillars in the middle of the storage area will be relatively troublesome to design and need to be handled flexibly. At the same time, if there is a sprinkler on the top, sufficient space must be left, generally not less than 500mm of clearance. In addition, fire sprinklers are required on each rack for occasions with high requirements.

7.From the perspective of storage floor: if it is a single-floor factory, it is relatively simple. If it is a multi-floor factory, it is also necessary to consider the floor load, cross-floor operations, etc.
