4D shuttle systems for heavy load application
Description
As the core equipment of the intelligent dense storage system, 4D-shuttle is mainly composed of frame combination, electric system, power supply system, driving system, lifting system, sensor system etc.It has five modes: remote control, manual, semi-automatic, local auto and online auto. It comes with multiple security protections and security warnings, regional security alarms, operational security alarms and interactive security alarms. The casings are connected by gas shielded welding and high-strength bolts. The rack combination adopts a double-layer structure. The appearance is all spray-painted, and the machined parts and electrical brackets are electroplated. It has two sets of driving system and two sets of lifting system. The driving systems are in charge of XY directions. One of the lifting systems is in charge of the lifting of cargos, and the other is in charge of the switch of primary and secondary lane. The height Z direction can realize the layer change of 4D-shuttle by using customized elevator. So as to realize the access function of three-dimensional space.
The structure of the heavy load type is basically the same as that of the standard version. The main difference is that the load capacity is greatly improved, and the carrying capacity will reach nearly twice than that of the standard version. The load-bearing design of the lifting mechanism is strengthened, and the power of the lifitng motor is increased to ensure that the load-bearing capacity can reach 2.5T. The power of the traveling motor remains unchanged. In order to increase the output, the reduction ratio is increased, and the running speed of the 4D shuttle will decrease correspondingly.
